TNC has always been one of the best teams in SEA. However, after an explosive start in this DPC, they kind of slowly started to underperform.
Now, a few months later, they seem to be back on track, judging from what we’ve seen intoday.
Beyond the Summit Pro Series is an online tournament that features some of the best team in the world. Typically, this event was goint to be LAN but due to the COVID-19 situation, the organizers decided to make it online. Despite that, it still features a prize pool of $100,000 which is a lot.
The first series of the day was between TNC and CR, a team that features some of the best teams from this region, such as Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung, Khoo “Ohaiyo” Chong Xi, and so on.
Even though people expected this game to be very close, it turned out to be a one-team show. Game was all about Febby’s IO and LC, who gave CR absolutely no chances. After snowballing out of control, TNC needed just 20 minutes to claim the victory in the seires.
The second game of the series saw Febby’s Rubick, which is one of his best heroes. Needless to say, it didn’t take long before the SEA powerhouse accumulated a significant lead and used it in their advantage.
In the end, CR had no other choice but to call GG and prepare themselves for next series.
There are still plenty of days left where we can watch the best teams going against each other. The BTS Pro Series will end on the 26th of April, so expect more crazy series soon.
