Team17 QA Report Publisher Taking On “Too Many Games” With Poor Pay and Morales, This is the latest in an admonition

Last week, Team 17 announced an NFT line for Worms. However, it immediately hit back and the developers stopped publishing deals. Instead of going to the next point, it decided to cancel its plan, but there are another problems behind the scenes that haven’t yet been answered.

If you don’t have budget, you have too much game, and you are sat in the meetings meeting looking for a question “Why did this game be not as beautiful as our expectations?” one member told Eurogamer. This can be a very simple thing. People don’t cry out of meetings, which in a workplace is shameful.”

Apart from juggling too many games with too little budgets, the QA staff only report “low” or “terrible” pay – he says the basic rate is 16 000 per year, while senior rate is just 19,000. The cost of QA in the UK is around 40,000 with low-end variants tending to be around 29,000. That’s a significant difference.

“We received numerous testimonials from QA, those who were willing to come forward – some people aren’t as confident talking about their troubles as others – but we got 10 people,” said another member of the company. “There were people who would have to skip meals to save money, those who would have to go into the office during the pandemic to reduce their bills, people who couldn’t afford new clothes, people who got an emergency bill and were in line.

“It took me to a manager and then again I’d,” said the senior. No one came from that. We were essentially told that the wages you are being paid are fine. I can confirm that they aren’t. People are angry.

It is reported that this low pay created a culture where employees work overtime to get their boss recognised that they can earn bonuses. However, bonuses from last year’s events were cut, and badly benefited many more people who have “relied” on the extra pay. Team17 hasn’t commented yet.
