We may be arriving in a place where the NFT really works. Isn’t for the videogame cosmetics or the financial speculation, it’s also for the pursuit of an air of mystery to the most secretive and enigmatic celebrities of all time.
The Chive has announced the announcement of the Official Bill Murray NFT 1000, a collection of a thousand NFTs that will feature a unique photographic of Bill Murray drawn by David Grizzle. Alongside the graph, each NFT will contain a brief and unique anecdote from Bill Murray.
The Gathering arithmetic The NFTs Are Not Inevitable and Come To Life Athmospheric.
Bill Murray is a legend in Hollywood, not just for his movies (that we could spend a long time listing) but also for his big tales and often bizarre interactions with the general population. For example, Bill once threw the phones of three fans off the roof after they took selfies without permission. He was famous for his bachelor’s, wedding and other events.
But it’s Murray’s stories that caught the attention. In 2018, a documentary was released with as many of her stories as possible. In named Bill Murray’s story: Life lessons learned from a mythical man, the documentary was produced without the participation of the titular character. Bill Murray refused to confirm or deny any of the anecdotes related to that documentary yet promised to tell his side of this story at least in the Official Bill Murray NFT 1000 project.
So what can potential NFT owners expect? The Chive gave example to Bill Murray’s phone. It’s a whiteberry rabide which he calls “Bill Urry”. That’s because the key “M” isn’t working. “If you received a text from Bill in the last five years, the Ms are displaced,” explained The Chive. Bill prefers texting to speaking, but sometimes misses Ms.
The Official Bill Murray NFT 1000 is due for sale on Coinbase’s next-year NFT marketplace sometime next month. You can get notifications here. The first NFT that is auctioned will go to charity. Although price levels haven’t been set, no more expensive TFTs have ever been seen. This one might be the first to actually have some value.
