What’s been unvaulted in Fortnite OG and Vaulted in Fortnite OG? This is the complete guide and a full Fortnite OG Weapons List for our brand-new season.
The latest season of FN has just kicked off, named Fortnite OG. In terms of changes to our loot pool and map, it might be our biggest outside of major Chapter resets. Everything vaulted and unvaulted in Fortnite OG is a pretty long list! Beyond just getting new weapons, basically everything in gone. There’s even some core game mechanics which are being put into vault for the next few weeks!
Usually, new seasons re-do the loot pool. New Chapters can see most of the loot pool replaced. However, our current change over might be the biggest we’ve seen. Basically, nothing has been carried over. The Fortnite OG weapons list is taking us right back to Chapter 1, the modern versions of weapons are long.
If you want to get off on the best foot, it’s important to know what’s in the game. Players wasting time searching for something they’re misremembering being around for Chapter 1 are going to be at a disadvantage. This is a full list of everything unvaulted and vaulted in Fortnite OG, the complete Fortnite weapons list.

That’s all the unvaulted in Fortnite OG weapons. We’re going to be seeing the weapons list changed from week to week as we move through the various seasons though, so this is likely going to change quite a bit over time. We already know the next three updates will be introducing more weapons and items.
Everything Vaulted in Fortnite OG
Epic hasn’t just brought back everything old, they’ve taken away basically the entire loot pool. Most of the items in Fortnite C4 S4 are gone. We’ll cover what weapons are vaulted here first, before we move onto some mechanics which have been vaulted.
- Business Turret
- Rocket Ram
- Twin Mag AR
- Sharp Tooth Shotgun
- All DMRs
- Crash Pads
- Suppressed Pistol
- Havoc Suppressed Assault Rifle
- Combat SMG
- Heisted Weapons
- All Excotics
- Shadow Tracker
- Shockwave Grenades
- All Fortnitemares 2023 content
- Todoroki’s Ice Wall
- All Meds Except Minis, Big Pots, Bandages, and Med Kits
- All Fish

- TNTina’s Ka-Boom bow
- Ocean’s Chug Jug
- Kit’s Charge Shotgun
- Kit’s Shockwave Launcher
- Foundation’s MK
- Zyg and Choppy’s Ray Gun
- Gunnar’s Stinger SMG
Basically, the entire loot pool. Although, some items that are part of what’s vaulted in Fortnite OG have been replaced with very similar weapons from Fortnite’s past. The weapons unvaulted in Fortnite OG fill a lot of the similar niches.
Vaulted Mechanics in Fortnite OG
So, the entire loot pool getting vaulted isn’t enough. We’ve also seen some core mechanics taken away. While some movement mechanics like mantling and sprinting are still here, there’s some which haven’t been so lucky. These are the mechanics Epic has stripped back:
Fishing
Along with its easier supply of meds, Epic has taken away fishing as a whole. No more rods, or fishing up heals.
Swimming
One of the more confusing vaultings is Swimming. Head to Loot Lake and you’ll once again have to do the slow walk through the water. Since other movement mechanics have stayed, this one is a little more confusing. However, it definitely helps to cement the nostalgic tone along with bringing back the classic Fortnite OG Weapons list.
Augments
Reality Augments are gone, at least for this season. Although, since more Augments have shown up on Fortnite leaks we can probably expect some of these to come back in the future.
That’s everything that’s been unvaulted and vaulted in Fortnite OG. The overall weapon balance is a bit more stripped down compared to more recent seasons. Particularly when we’re looking for meds and utility. One of the takeaways so far from the season seems to be that scarcity is back. The more recent trend in FN for high level loot to be everywhere in every game is gone. Actually, getting high level weapons is again something to get excited about. It’s harder than ever to get set up with meds too. The Fortnite OG weapons list is a big departure from C3 and C4, but so far it has been a lot of fun.
