So Ninja Left Twitch…

Twitch’s biggest name has left the platform. Ninja will now be exclusively streaming on Mixer… so what the hell does that mean?

Since Ninja was mainly a Fortnite streamer I do not give a single fuck about him moving! Fortnite is a bad game! Stay away from it! The battle royal craze is dying down, I give it a year at most and it will be dead!

People forget when ninja was himself. He peaked at 2 k viewers then. Don’t think he will do that again

Is it the money or Twitch's inaction on Alinity?

Twitch is a shitty platform anyway. Girl streamers like Alinity recieves special treatment.

I think it’s been a good minute since he’s been the biggest name on the platform. This isn’t 2018 anymore.

Well, there are other streaming platforms like hitbox and beam. Are they gonna start doing this too?

The big problem is mixer doesn’t give options to play any game that isn’t a “new, popular, hot” game. Its not good for many small streamers that do irl, voice chat, speedrunning, and many more games if mixer doesn’t even give them an option to come over. It would just create an even larger disparity between people like them and big fornite streamers. Overall I agree this is a plus, but I would like to see mixer not just undervalue this huge community and believe that “this is the scraps of twitch we don’t want” that it seems mixer is doing.

Mixer also holds a contract with the Smite pro league with exclusive streaming rights. Not the most popular competitive games at the moment but I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft make move moves like this in the future.

This is going to be really bad for small time streamers… they will be left no where if big streamers will start getting money like this

I am free user so don't care which platform I have to use to watch stuff.

The other thing that is different is that the head of Mixer has put forth really clear cut content rules and dress codes and such, and I think that alone will be appealing to other creators what with Twitch’s double standards and obscure wording. There’s a clear mod/creator disconnect on Twitch (the Alinity drama shows that more than anything), and I think any further disgruntlement by Twitch will drive people into the arms of Mixer.
