Roster Shuffles in Full Throttle » TalkEsport

Astralis taking their fourth major in Berlin few days back kicked off the transfer season of CSGO. Teams have been on a constant hunt for top talents with some major players parting ways with top teams while some finding a way into a new home.

Most teams are expected to grab their new players very soon as two premier tournaments are scheduled in September, with Blast Pro Moscow in the coming weekend and ESL One New York later this month.

The Confirmed Roster Moves So Far Are:

• kNgV joins MIBR After the Coldzera saga, the Brazilian organization was forced to use their coach Wilton ‘Zeus’ Prado as their 5th, Zeus was inactive as a player for too long to keep up with the active one, resulting in poor finishes for his side. MIBR finally decided to fill Coldzera’s shoes with another Brazilian in kNgV.

• NBK benched by Vitality Nathan ‘NBK’ Schmitt was benched after the major and his departure is just a matter of time, with reports all over internet linking various French players already in the conversation of his replacement. NBK’s benching is reported to be due to personal issues within the squad.

• Complexity lets Rickeh go. Ricardo ‘Rickeh’ Mulholland was an inconsistent player from Complexity, after an awful finish in Berlin, they like many other teams were forced to make a change. Their CEO however has been public about acquiring the services of a “Juggernaut” for his team.

• Virtus Pro ropes in phr Tomasz ‘phr’ Wójcik has been officially confirmed as a permanent player for the Polish organization after a trial period. He will replace Michal ‘OKOLICIOUZ’ Glowaty who hasn’t been as effect as phr.

• NEO leaves FaZe Clan NEO was appointed as an IGL for FaZe, but failed to impress under the American banner. After a trophy less run under his leadership, FaZe decided to end his trail tenure, possibly making way for Aleksib to take over.

• Zeus to set to retire. Zeus is set to retire from professional CSGO. Blast Moscow will be the last event NaVi will be led by the veteran IGL. It is yet unclear who would replace him. Zeus was public about his decision to leave the organisation because according to him his time has come and he needs to make way for the youth before things turn south with the fanbase.
