Westham United eSports has taken a 2-0 victory over AFC Wimbledon on Sunday evening, the second in the Leyton Orient FC charitable tournament, “Absolute Quaran-team.”
Ticket holder Jamie ‘ Jamboo’ Rigden, an e-sports player and lifelong fan, took on 20-year-old Dons defender Paul Kalambayi on virtual Kingsmeadow, with goals on either side enough to see him on stage one or two from Declan Rice and Albian Ajeti.

The O social media team unveiled the contest last week and expanded its potential into 128 teams, after having taken part in viral competition and receiving entries from 64 professional football clubs around the world.
Like traditional football, esports betting sites and bookies were zoning on and predicting the winner of the match, with Westham coming with better odds.
This initiative was born of the desire to put together clubs and to smile on fans ‘ faces at a time when modern football was unprecedented.
