One of the most popular streamers of the game, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins is impressed with the new Burts SMG. The weapon arrived a few hours ago in the v9.10 Content Update.
Ninja was playing Fortnite this morning and got a kill after picking up the new mid-range gun. The player managed to fire a couple of bursts against a wall where an enemy was hiding. The bursts demolished the wall and also dealt decent damage to the opponent, which played a crucial role in the elimination.
Ninja was impressed with the capabilities of the weapon and applauded the fast burst. He said that the bullets are so rapid that they can deal damage to an opponent before he builds a structure to defend himself. While his followers have tested this statement by Ninja and were satisfied with the results, since it worked. The community also verified that the burst works perfectly against the wall, yet it takes time to take the stairs down.

Ninja also said that some of the community members are not at all happy with the weapon. He hopes that the SMG will have a big impact on the recent meta. Since the gun can easily penetrate the wall with a simple burst.
He believes that the weapon’s fire rate is quite similar to the Burst Assault Rifles that Epic removed from default mode of the game a few weeks ago. The rifle only fired three rounds per burst compared to four of SMG. So the latter is a far more powerful weapon when it comes to destroying enemy structures.
Ninja then went on to pick up the Burst SMG in the next few games. He also coupled it with another powerful weapon of the game, the Drum Gun which is a automatic single-shot submachine gun. Lets see if Ninja can use the weapon to his advantage in the upcoming Fortnite World Cup Open Qualifiers. Since he still needs to qualify for the competition.
The developer recently introduced the 9.10 patch. Apart from the introduction of the new weapon, the developer has Vaulted the Suppressed Submachine Gun. The updates adds some new modes in the LTM. Now four hot spots appear temporarily in team fights in order to increase the likelihood of at least one appearing on each side.
