The time is nigh

April 20th has finally arrived and the DOTA world is waiting with anticipation for the newest patch as leaked last week by Team Secret Director of Operations Matthew “Cyborgmatt” Bailey.

Bailey reported that the patch was “significantly larger” than a normal gameplay patch and that release was slated for early afternoon on the 20th of April.

Now DOTA 2 beta tester and community personality Wykrhm Reddy has stoked the pre-patch excitement, tweeting a link to the following riddles.

Riddles in the Dark

The riddles begin referencing the patch release:

•  The next big Dota Update is going to release on a date that rhymes with Smaypril Twemmieth and comes between April 19th and April 21st.

Can you guess any of the other “riddles” below?

• [HERO]: Always has 0 Intelligence. Always.
• Any player can use a [NOUN] to [VERB] to the other one after channeling for 3 seconds.
• [UNIT] is now controllable by the player that dug it up.

Whatever patch 7.33 brings, the riddles indicate some interesting changes to the state of DOTA 2.
