How the hell you punch like that fam?
Shroud said he doesn't get emotional now because none of the games he plays matter. Competitive/Tourney setting is the only time it matters, cause something is actually on the line, not just some meaningless rank. I keep what he said in mind now, and I feel I've genuinely been improving in the games I enjoy.
Even if you're not a SC2 player, anyone reading this should look into the streamer Neuro's channels. His whole thing is mental mastery which should correlate to overall mastery of the game.
I play Sc2 because it sort of eases this. There are so many reasons why I might have lost the game but generally I know if I'm not completely focused going in I'm not playing optimally. With that in mind, I avoid playing if I don't have a near-perfect mindset for it. I only put in a limited amount of time into playing each season but at least I'm in control of my progress and am fully aware of my flaws. I look at it like archery. you can't shoot straight if you're not completely mindful of what you're doing. SC2 being 1v1 also encourages this

My teammates never agree on Shifty Shafts, that’s why.
Reminds me of darkest dungeon.
Players get stressed and can become aggressive and hopeless. However, there is also the chance of players becoming courageous
