On the few occations that I played Dota around 3 out of 4 games I had techies on the enemy team… It's annoying how the mines are planted between trees that you can't attack it to stop those shit

I actually hate the fact that people are treating Techies as a 'game ruiner'. You actually need skill to use Techies efficiently, you have to know where your enemies will be in the next two minutes, you have to know where your team will fight to set the mines. After the rework, he's not even broken anymore. Heck, the only reason I can think of why Techies is 'broken' is because people just don't know how to play against him.
Also, think the fact that 75% of Dota pub players never brought detection item helps.

i actually like techies very much
the only thing i don't like whenever i am playing this hero is i get a lot of report
because enemy team always report me because they can't do shit about it
so i can't really play it almost everyday cause it is causing me communication ban cause that's the only thing the enemy can report me

With current meta Techies can easily be countered with just an item.
That still won't change how annoying they're and how they still could ruin the team fight unless the team decided to clean the map or holding location that free from bombs.
And certainly, engaging would be close to impossible without BKB against techies and counter play would be so much risky if enemy kited the team towards unmarked area.

The definition of Aui is perfect. When there's a Techies in the game only him is having fun. It's infuriating having to play a game where he's in whatever the team.
