This is What Happened When Tfue Confronted His Stream Sniper

by devaccess

Be honest with me, you’ve laughed when your favourite streamers lost their minds over getting stream sniped. We’re going to talk about why this is a gigantic problem for a lot of streamers, but it’s also really funny.

Nobody knows this better than the platforms biggest star – Tfue, who recently managed to confront an aim-botting Fortnite hacker that’s been driving him nuts over the past few weeks, live on stream.

So are aim botting and stream sniping problems that Epic needs to fix? Or is this just the reality that comes with being a well-known streamer? Let me know what you guys think

2:55 ummmm this long rant about how “hard” it would be to pull off this stream snipe doesn’t seem very hard. You use a free prime sub and boom you have the invite to discord. Playing at the same time as Tfue also isn’t very hard considering he probably plays 40+ hours a week and you can very easily figure out when he’s playing. Wow so much work…

I got to admit, back when stream sniping was a HUUUUUGE problem at the early ages of PUBG, and people like grimmzz etc was whining about it 24/7 (especially that grimmz dude) I had NO sympathy for them…and honestly, I don't now either. THEY are the ones that decide to stream THEIR gameplay and play WITHOUT A DELAY! The option is there, LITERALLY there. And if the streamers use the excuse of "well that ruins chat interaction" well, that's the price you got to play. I couldn't care less if you get stream sniped and people being grimy towards you all day, that's the life of a streamer, and you chose to stream your gameplay with zero delay.

And sure, if you can make up some anti-stream snipe stuff like in LoL where they cover up their minimaps, cool x beans, but that's something that they make up themselves, I don't feel it's up to the developers of games to make it actively harder or impossible to stream snipe. And sure, I haven't been in their situation, where people you are against are realistically legally cheating, but then again, if I were, and it bugged me, delay, instantly.

Imagine being paid millions to play a game aimed at 12 year olds and then whining cos the 12 year olds kill you with aim bot. Like honestly sounds like quite a minor problem considering its not like it takes him a long time to requeue

Stream sniping can be countered a bunch of ways. Hmm, a delay, streamer mode, alt accounts, and not streaming. How many streamers forget to turn on streamer mode, I have seen so many it's crazy. I've seen shrouds stream snipers let shroud kill them. So I kinda think there is much cooperation with stream snipers. In those streams r they stoping more often than they normally do, hmm I wonder y. Getting stream sniped and getting all fake mad, prob pulls more views. so not a problem more of a marketing ploy.

Poker streamers just run a 5 min delay and it doesnt really make any difference I don't get why everyone doesn't. Most just have a chat window on the stream that they will react to so they can build a relationship with their community.

I dont see any problems with stream sniping. You made the choice to be a streamer nobody forced you. I can compare it to being a celebrity. If you want fame you better know what your getting into. No sympathy for streamers.

Easy fix put a delay on your own stream and it's done. Seriously such a big story for something that takes 2 sec to activate in your own settings. I am streaming myself and guess what no issues with those with a delay.

Maybe tfue should just stream on mixer, because in all honesty.

You can't get streamsniped if nobody is watching your stream

This host is mad cringe…. Also, why's he swearing so much? It's like he just found out how to swear, or now that he finally was able to go out of the house away from his parents he can finally swear. lmao. Just unnecessary amounts of swearing. I don't really care about swearing but it just comes off as highly unprofessional

Look they get banned and they have to create a new account. Simple fix, make a feature in his custom games that you can set boundaries on the number of months/years that account has played. I don’t even play these games and it sounds like a simple fix.
Set conditions to join in custom games e.g
Minimum play time ‘6months’ or ‘1 year’ etc etc. If they join with an 6 month account and get caught hacking, they ll be banned and can’t join back with a band new account????
Seems kinda an easy fix, so unless it’s not possible, why don’t they just add it?
