Imagine if a major media company invested big into Twitch. Imagine if they spent tons of money on 50 hours a week of content, we’re talking basically launching an entire TV channel on Twitch. It would be huge, it would be game-changing.
Now, all that actually happened, but you didn’t hear about it. Why? Because it all collapsed in the stupidest way possible.

Rule of thumb. If you're a chick, you can at least get away with just about anything on Twitch (assuming the mods think you're attractive enough). Change my mind.
European do not really care about N word, I get it. But the Twitch is a American company so the company outside of American is better to follow the rule of USA. It is not the first day Uncle Sam force himself to other countries, is it?
Please tuck your chin in to fix your posture!
And yet alinity, dozens of other priviledged white girl TH0TS have said the n-sIur on there numerous times without even a 24 hour suspension. Guess the thirsty InceI Twitch admins are still hoping for free Iewds if they protect their racist TH0TS.
N N N. Lol
4:25 mang0 piss drunk ?
as a german i agree that that is an american thing that that word is that bad…I am not rassist or smth, we jsut had a diffrent history..till a few years a ago n-word+ kisses was a famous chocolate sweet here(2010 or smth like that the name got changed)..
Well atleast they get it in france the "N" word is ridiculous unless your using it to attempt to degrade someone or in a negative way its the only word you can get banned or get ridicule even if your using it in a positive way
I'm working with 2.5 French guys, I can confirm that their sense of humour is different than global one.
NOBODY likes N words.. Had to say it like that because I'm on their list where my comments get deleted instantly.
The n-bomb doesnt It dipence on Who Is saying It?
Yet we got wings of redemption saying the n word at least once a week and dsp with his "fundraising" and twitch looks the other way smh
I can confirm that the N-word is just something we hear so often on american shows and what not.
France didn’t have the same problems as the US of A when it comes to racism and slavery, or not to the same extent. So yeah the n-word, being an american thing, doesn’t have as much “power” in Europe as it does in the land of freedom.
So im the only french watching daily TheScore eSport ! DAMNNNNNN !
yo that bon clay t shirt looks sick ?
Man what a letdown I waited and waited to get news of anything related to DotA content especially retirement of Jerax and Ceb but nothing.
I'm just gonna unsub since it's no use watching this channel I don't love anything else than Dota, tekken and csgo but still 70 of my liking goes to DotA and there's rarely or close to no content of it so this channel is no go for me.
European comedy*
Can someone here and now tell me why, beyond poor taste, it is bad to have a hitler minecraft skin
Genuinely
Is it just a product of our times and people need to be protected but also have free expression?
Did they say Niggas though or the other way?
A lot has been lost in translation. As we French people say, lets call a cat, a cat. The English N-word does not hold the same power in other languages. Why? Because even if everone know what it means and what it represents, there are different indigenous words that take that role. The Spanish word for the colour black is 'negro'. I can only imagine they use it on a daily basis without thinking it could be offensive elsewhere. Black in French is 'noir'. But the Spanish word 'négro' also exists in French. Some French Black people will use it with each other casually, not every Black will but it isn't truly offensive. It's more used in a friendly way. The weight of the word has dwindle, as it has been used countless times for entertainment, fun, etc. So much that today, some non-Black French people will use it as a meaning for very close friend, brother, or just 'man'. For instance, people of Portuguese or North-African descent, who often grew up together with people from African descent in the suburbs (in Europe, the suburbs are your inner cities). Then there is the other one, 'nègre', which is the closest to the English N-word. This one is heavy and is used by no-one but people who just want to be offensive and get a reaction. It is strongly tied to the slave trade and has fallen out of use. The hypocrisy is that this word, which is shunned by most regardless of their origin, is used as a component in various words, namely a pastry and a job. The Agatha Christie novel is still sold as 'Ten Little N-words' with no problems.
Finally, Webedia is mostly disliked in France for their agressive business tactics, bad roster choices and opportunistic outlook on an industry they hardly know. They care about the views, not the quality of their content. The cast is mainly composed of triggering hosts who will go out of their ways to be as offensive as possible that always gets reactions. They thrive on controversy. I guess you can call some of them toxic to an extent. They literally have a show where people just talk about every political/social/world issue with no research or background check whatsoever, and debate for hours on hearsay, newly formed opinions based off live Google searches to make their point, and tell it as news. The chat is easily triggered, corrects them or bring details, but the hosts mostly discard them and move on to the next hot topic. Oh, and they play ads
The shame in this, is that some truly talented individuals are now part of this neverending shit show, for lack of better opportunities. Webedia was the first, and therefore competitors find it hard to coexist with a company that buys everything they can't make themselves. They have seemingly unlimited funds and won't be afraid to use it. Most hosts and shows were imported as-is, used to be successful on their own, either on YouTube or other platforms, until they started to struggle and had no other choice but to stop. They can do whatever the fuck they want. To them, this ban was just Tuesday.
There will be more controversy as they grow even bigger every day.
Words r just words. Only ppl made it fuqed up when it goes out of kontext
And every freakin time
If u say. The N word or the N bomb.
Tha fuq is wrong with the us xD
Its like u speak it out in a different language… so would this change anythin? Nope u just bypassing it
Fuq that…
My man is wearing a badass looking bon-chan shirt
We know what kind of person he is by the one piece character on his shirt.
So the reason a lot of southern europeans in particular dont get the n-Word is because its a derivative of negro which to anyone speaking a latin languages simply means Black, and well. Being Black isnt exactly offensive to anyone (i should Hope).
Bon Chan!
LA COMMU !
BONCHAN! Okama shirt. cool
I mean.. all french people are not ok with them
Nice shirt!
Dope shirt
I like that bon chan tshirt
Really? you can say any swear in any language but american companies care about some dumb word that the group of people it refers to use to refer to each other al the time

Really? Dudes the alinity cat clip?

Hey fellow french here, your analytics are wrong 😛
bruh
BON CHAN!!!!!
I do think that US is one of the countries that treats the N-word as a "Voldemort" word. In other countries you can use it if you quote someone else. Or explain the situation.
Can your company get banned from YouTube please?
