These Cheaters are Getting Sued

by devaccess

So there’s this company called MizuSoft. They sell a subscription service that costs $77 a month for users to essentially cheat in Rainbow Six: Siege.

The company advertises a “near clean detection record.”

Too bad for them, they couldn’t keep themselves undetected — because Ubisoft is suing them.

Let us tell you the whole story.

Funny thing is I know the bbc programe. Its called click and is on bbc news. Basicly its a tech show and I watch it regulary and remember this programe in question. Now when I was a old school gamer kid ill admit I loved cheats and cheat codes for old school consel games but only for single player and to see what there was. Gone are the days now of up up down down A B left Right and now are the day of competitive esports and those out to make a quick buck just so someone could cheat at tournaments against lagitamite players. BUT heres a thing to realise. The guys selling this software to subscribe and download these cheats? How do we know that there aint anythinbg added into the software in question for say spyware or to make those coms zombie computers for a bot net? Paranoid? aybe. Carefull of this shit? Damright. Anyone remember Limewire and the viruses that had?

i can respect somebody selling cheats much more than somebody cheating – especially if it's a monthly subscription cheat. i mean seriously, you gotta respect the insanity.

Subscription for cheat software has been very common since like 2010. Now the price is insane but if you want to cheat and not get banned. Paying of the way to go. Public cheats (free ones) gets detected very fast and will ban you for sure.

Imagine being so pathetic and doubtful of your ability to move a mouse cursor with your own hand that you’re willing to spend money on a software to do it for you.
I can kinda understand if you cheat blatantly just to fuck around and it’s obvious for everyone to see but acting like you’re actually better in a game when using cheats is so strange to me.
It tells a lot about a person who does this and what success they won’t ever achieve in life. It’s a fucking game and something so simple yet you failed to do that, congratulations you’re the embodiment of a loser.

Just here to remind you that UBISOFT isn’t a reputable company. They’re greedy chumps like the rest of the scumbag games companies around today. R6 greed, breakpoint greed and terrible launch along with ACs time saver tokens just to name a few of those mishaps… I’m done with them as a company and they’ll need to step up before I buy another on of their games.

Whining children… If there is a demand, there must be in some way a supplier. Coke isn't suing Pepsi because of them making a different version of their beverage, and that is exactly what this company has done. The person that agreed on the terms of service was the player and not the cheat company. I truly hope this doesn't go anywhere, that way gaming companies will start to create a better anti-cheat software instead of having poorly made ones

Reply
Alex Selway December 15, 2019 - 1:29 am

I hope cheaters always exist on PC because we have to deal with Mouse and keyboard on console which is cheating daily and UBISOFT don’t give a F… Until then I share no sympathy because it really takes the fun out of the game letting people use third party software and devices on console and PC alike…

I remember seeing subscription cheating services for the whole suite of Blizzard games more than a decade ago. Starcraft, Diablo, and WoW. Plus there was some for CoD 4 and MW/MW2. Maybe I just find the seedier parts of the internet but a subscription service for access to “quality cheats” is nothing new. I used one to bot bg’s in WoW back in Vanilla and TBC because I had to spend so much time on school stuff and couldn’t play as much. I was always careful about it though and ran it on a timer so that my account would end up playing for like 30 straight hours or something like that. It was a pretty shitty thing to do though because bg’s were ruined by bots back then. You just had to be careful about ban waves and keep a close eye out for other users of the same cheat getting banned. I don’t condone it, but I did do it many many years ago. It’s a shitty thing to do in a multiplayer game.

It's already been done for far longer though. I think I remember people paying subscription fee for cheats on MMO that I used to play, almost a decade ago. This stuff's been around for awhile.
