Only days before the 2023 BLAST.tv Paris Major Asia RMR, the organizer, MESA, has confirmed that the former IHC squad will compete at the event under the famous tag “The Mongolz.”
IHC Esports have been the best CSGO team in Asia for quite some time now, climbing as far as world no. 18 in the rankings. Their recent run at the IEM Katowice upsetting teams such as Cloud9, Furia, and paiN Gaming was exciting to watch.
However, following the founders’ arrests for an alleged crypto scam, the Mongolian team has faced severe backlash. If that was not bad enough, IHC had to undergo roster changes, bidding farewell to their star player, Tengis “sk0R” Batjargal, along with Bat-Enkh “kabal” Batbayar.
