German esports service provider TaKeTV has extended its cooperation with technology company Panasonic until 2022. The partnership initially began in June 2019. As part of the deal, Panasonic is equipping TaKeTV with a set of professional cameras, including 4K-ready broadcast cameras for its studio, and its latest television sets.
In June, TaKeTV revealed another partnership: In collaboration with electronics retail chain Saturn, the company announced it would build a roughly 32,000ft² (3,000m²) esports and gaming experience venue called Xperion in Saturn’s Hansaring store in Cologne (a city near TaKeTV’s headquarters in Krefeld).
