The developer has banned a player for three days after he revealed spoilers of the movie “Avengers: Endgame” in the game chat. Laptop-Guy user created a thread on Reddit with the email sent by Riot confirming the punishment. In the message, the company recalled that it is normal for people to want to discuss the movie. But it is not cool to spoil those who have not watched it yet.
As soon as the Laptop-Guy user story turned on social networks, other players have also reported receiving bans in the League of Legends for the same reason. Riot Games has categorized the spoilers in the games as a type of toxic behavior, which justifies the three days of suspension.
