We are very sad to inform you that Sergey “[T]SA Timchenko has passed away at the age of 26. This article will be dedicated to him.
No matter if you like Dota 2 or a given team/player, you can’t feel good when you learn that someone has passed away. We were very sad to learn that Tsa Dota 2 is no longer with us after he passed away on February 11. We’ve learned what happened following a statement from Yaroslav “Limitless” Parshin.
TSA Dota 2 – Remembering the Dota 2 Star
In his Telegram post, Limitless said that he would remember him as a true friend and that he would live on in memories and in people’s hearts. While we do not know exactly what led to the tragic result, Yarslov commented on his post by saying that TSA’s relatives are awaiting the results of the autopsy.
Sergey “[T]SA Timchenko was a Dota 2 player who was born on October 18, 1997, in Russia. His professional career began in 2018, but the last time we saw him in action was in 2022. During that time, TSA Dota 2 played for teams like:
- Winstrike Team
- B8
- Team Empire
- Luna Gaming
In fact, Luna Gaming was his last team, where he spent around 7 months. In December 2022, Valve announced that some players had been sharing their accounts with others, which led to a big ban wave that included several players. TSA was among them.
TSA became popular in the Dota 2 scene when he started playing for B8. Together with Danil “Dendi” Ishutin, the support player had a key role in his team.
We at ESTNN want to wish our condolences to his family and loved ones. It is really sad that someone so young is no longer with us and the Dota 2 community has lost a valuable player. Rest in peace, Sergey.
