The New Jersey-based company operates a number of videogame and esports-centric websites, including Twin Galaxies, Shacknews, Prima Games, and GameDaily.Biz. According to a release, Greenlit’s brands reach as many as 100M people monthly via editorial, social, and video content. Greenlit Content also puts on the GameDaily Connect (formerly Casual Connect) videogame industry conferences.

“We are always looking to add companies to our portfolio that align with our long-term vision,” said ReKTGlobal co-founder Amish Shah, in a release. “The merger between ReKTGlobal and Greenlit Content was a strategic decision that will give ReKTGlobal the ability to penetrate the market due to our newly combined portfolio and ability to reach over 100 million enthusiastic gamers and esports fans.”

Greenlit Content is also a brand partner for the currently-ongoing E3 gaming conference in Los Angeles and is co-producing the 2019 E3 Esports Zone. The show features competitions in Fortnite
In January, ReKTGlobal announced that it had raised $10.8M in Series A funding. Last month, ReKTGlobal added reggaeton music producer Marco “Tainy” Masís and music executive Lex Borrero as investors and co-owners of Rogue.
