PashaBiceps returns to CS:GO – esportsjunkie

by Shehryar Raza

One of the most experienced players of the game, Jarosław “pashaBiceps” Jarząbkowski has made a comeback to CS: GO. The star of Virtus. Pro has returned after announcing his retirement form the competitive landscape back in December 2018.

The veteran player has joined Youngsters, a polish tier 3 team. Jarząbkowski made his first appearance with the team at UCC Summer Smash. In the competition, the team fought against Epsilon, pasha managed to get 40 kills with 36 deaths, despite performing well the Youngsters lost 2-0. It just goes to show you that PashaBiceps is still capable of competing against the best.

NEO to FaZe

Yesterday on Twitter, Pasha hinted that he is going on a new adventure. Yet he was unhappy that his former teammate, Filip “NEO” Kubski didn’t join him. Since NEO was signed by one of the best teams in the world, FaZe Clan. He is all set to replace Dauren “AdreN” Kystaubayev and will be the new in-game leader of the BLAST Pro Series Miami champions. Kubsky’s last team was Virtus.pro, in which he competed from 2014 to 2018. The team twice played in the majors finals, and managed to win on one occasion. NEO has also won tournaments of ESL, DreamHack and ELEAGUE.

A true legend of the game

After announcing his retirement from the scene, Jarząbkowski kept CS: GO close to his heart. Since he regularly participated in the competitive leagues like PUGs and FPL. He has managed to get into decent ranks and we are really not convinced that why he gave up in the first place. It was hard to see him leaving the game after a remarkable five year career. With PashaBiceps on the team, VP won the team with  EMS One Katowice 2014, ESL ESEA Pro League Dubai Invitational, ELEAGUE Season 1 and DreamHack Masters Las Vegas 2017. In February 2018, the organization dismissed the CS: GO composition, and then presented a new roster, which did not include Jarząbkowski. In February 2019, the Pole left the organization.

Youngsters are yet to get a sponsorship of a major organizations. So it is still not confirmed if Pasha will continue to play for the team in the long term. But for the time being if you wish to see Pasha playing competitive then we recommend you to watch the UCC Summer Smash where, Youngsters will compete tomorrow against Vega Squadron.

Morelz join PACT

In the meantime another former Virtus.pro player, Peter morelz Taterka has signed for PACT. He replaced Areca “Vegi” Navojski in the team, who signed for VP in April.

Morelz has been playing for PACT since early April as a stand-in. At the same time, the Pole had a valid contract with Virtus.pro since December 2018. Taterka was listed as a VP member for almost a year: He joined the Polish roster at the end of June. The team’s achievements during this time are the top 4 at Intel Extreme Masters Season XIII Shanghai and fifth place on the BLAST Pro Series – Istanbul 2018.
