OverActive Media (OAM) has made a pair of additions to its board of directors – Canadian business executives Robin Brudner and Wade Oosterman.
Brudner is the former interim CEO and secretary general of the Canadian Olympic Committee. Before that, she was the executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, owner of the NBA’s Toronto Raptors and NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs. OAM president and CEO Chris Overholt worked alongside Brudner at both past organizations.
Meanwhile, Oosterman is the vice chair and group president of Bell Canada and BCE, where he has worked for more than a decade. Last month, OAM announced that it had partnered with Bell, and that Bell had acquired a minority stake in the esports organization.

OverActive Media is the parent company of Splyce and Overwatch League team Toronto Defiant . Splyce competes in the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) and the company also owns a spot in the upcoming geolocated Call of Duty league, which is set to begin play in 2020.
