It was an interesting final series with some excellent GreyHart and Aux commentary, with G0dtur being handed MVP.
Bulldog top-laner Egospeed told stage host Munchables after the game: “In the last two days we have played 16 matches and are mentally exhausted. When we came up here we said’ you know what, we’re going to have fun.’ I received Nocturne top so I was over the moon!” We believed we were screwing it when we came into the bracket of the losers, we’re just going to try our utmost to win. We began working together. Last night, playing til 1 am and having to wake up at 8 this morning, we believed’ okay we’re going to get to the finals and see how we’re going from there.’
Torok, Barrage’s head coach, who helped Nox out this weekend, said: “Katarina is the perfect pick for us. Nox is so, so good on the pick. I think Katarina was banned in 11 of the 11 group stage games, but they didn’t ban it, so we believed we could give them a run for their cash as well. Last Monday we came together as a squad, we had 7 days to try hard and the players did so well. Massively they jumped up. They were fantastic.
Deserved Korean night out after our 3-0 sweep versus @BulldogEsports today at Insomnia65!
I will probably do a twitlonger about @ObnoxiousNox_ and why LAN can be such a brilliant experience, but I am SO PROUD of all players.
