The Nevada Gaming Control Board issued authorization on Wednesday to give Counter-Strike wagers ESL Pro League Season 11: North America. The permitted styles of wagers are three: head to head; winner of each match; and overall winner of the season.
Betting types like In-play betting or ‘Live betting’ isn’t allowed, regulators said.
Casinos and esports betting sites will be offering odds on the world-class CSGO tournaments, esports betting accounted for $560m of the esports industry in 2019 and is set to be up to 3x as that in the coming years.
The regulators now require all licenced bookmakers, under certain conditions, to post and approve wagers on Counter-Strike ESL Pro League Season 11: North America. Licensed books which wish to offer such wagers must provide notice of terms via email to the Compliance Division. Bet acceptance must be halted before each match begins.

And, according to the relevant legislation, the reports must be based on a credible source and all related audit procedures must be adhered to. The sportsbook is left to determine the setting of odds, and rules governing such wagers must be made publicly accessible.
Any additional wagers which are not included for this event in the three approved forms would require separate application and approval.
New Jersey’s casinos and racetracks started betting on professional eSports betting tournaments in November of last year, despite approval from the state Gaming Compliance Division. That state is also debating legislation that would permanently allow legal betting on eSports events, advanced earlier this month out of an Assembly committee.
