Natus Vincere continue their behind-the-scenes revamp by welcoming David “Kairi” de Miguel and Viktor “flashie” Tamás Bea to their coaching team
In the last 48 hours, Natus Vincere has introduced two fresh faces to their CSGO lineup. David “Kairi” de Miguel is stepping into the role of head coach for NAVI Junior, and Viktor “flashie” Tamás Bea is joining as an analyst for the primary quintet.

With a wealth of experience as a seasoned player and recent involvement in coaching several Iberian teams during 2021, Kairi steps into the fold of the Ukrainian organization to lead its newly formed academy team.

Following the strategic steps of incorporating international players into the NAVI Junior division and relocating the previous all-Ukrainian roster to NAVI Youth, a comprehensive rebuilding of the NAVI Junior roster is underway. The organization has assured the community of an imminent launch of application opportunities.
“We are confident that Kairi’s rich gaming experience and professional skills will help raise a generation of young champions in the English-speaking NAVI Junior roster on par with the club’s best graduates,” NAVI’s official statement read.
flashie, a 27-year-old former professional player from Hungary, became a part of the organization’s roster on Tuesday. Having arrived from FlyQuest RED, flashie’s journey continues after coaching the CLG Red women’s roster since 2020.
