Dimitrov knocked Murray out of the 2023 US Open with a second-round victory in straight sets. The result was a prelude to a successful late-season push out of the Bulgarian player. I think Dimitrov at -250 is the only call to make in this match for moneyliners (bet365). You would want Murray closer to +450 following what we saw at the tail end of his 2023 season. Dimitrov, conversely, had wins against Daniil Medvedev, Hubert Hurkacz, and Stefanos Tsitsipas in Paris. Those are wins that Murray simply wouldn’t be getting at this point in his career.
Dimitrov is at a much higher level right now. Something could be said about Murray having some zip following the offseason but I still think you’d want longer odds than just +200 on that. My recommendation is Dimitrov at -250.
