Louis Ducruet, President of the Monaco Esports Federation, stated: “Through this event, we want to demonstrate that Monaco is fully committed to becoming a champion in the field of esport.
“The Monaco Gaming Show will allow us to confirm that we are open-minded and that the principality wants to be a pioneer in this field where other countries, bigger ones, have yet to address! This shows that we are at the exact right time to get involved.”
Esports Insider says: Given that the inaugural season of the Monaco Gaming Show was considered a success, it’s no surprise to see the organising parties host another edition. With only two esports titles and relatively small prizes, there’s still a long way to go for the event. However, this is certainly an exciting time for the principality.
