The release date of Apex Legends Season 3 is only a few days away, and rumours, leaks and fan theories are at an all-time high.
On October 1 for PS4, Xbox One and PC, Respawn recently confirmed plans to launch Saison 3.
The new season seems to be a winter theme with a name like Meltdown. In previous leaks, it was even called Fire and Ice.
The fans are invited to’ drop and set enemies down on ice,’ as Dexerto points out. In the Italian version, players can “eliminate enemies and explore the lava and ice scenarios,” even more tellingly describes.
At least in the third season, fans can expect some change in weather and map tweaks. Respawn may be prepared to present a brand new map, alternatively.
We have indeed already looked at the map of Apex Legends artwork, previously published.
Lifeline (below) shows a legend scaled a cliff in the background in a snowy planet with an active volcano.
Psamathe is also likely to be presented in Season 3 as a brand new map.
The character of New Apex legends Crypto already talked about the downing of the Repulsory Turm and the off-planet riding before Kings Canyon sweeps, so there is surely sufficient evidence to indicate a new place is underway.
Similarly, the tease of the Apex Legends space elevator might be related to the new map. It could be used in particular to escape the Kings Canyon ruins.
Respawn describes him as cool, calm and covered in lots of secrets, as regards Crypto’s new character.
