Patch 13.5 includes a new set of jungle changes, big Azir adjustments and the Yuumi midscope update.
Another massive patch is on its way as Riot is still trying to balance the state of the game after a slower preseason. Jungle and bot lane metas have been complained about a lot by the players, and with support meta heavily shaken in patch 13.4, the remaining problem seems to be the jungle. To alleviate the problem of early ganking junglers, Riot is buffing the jungle XP and gold, and reversing the damage debuff for enemy camps to strengthen counter-ganking as an option.
There are also some big champion and item changes that might impact both solo queue and pro play. After months of dominating the top lane, Gangplank is finally getting some nerfs to his passive and barrels, which should hopefully offer some counterplay to the champion. Another big solo queue problem, AP Twitch is also nerfed. Two big buffs to look out for pro play are Jinx and Rumble. Both champions are in a good place currently, but Riot seems to be buffing them to raise their popularity in the competitive stage.
Last but not least, two problematic champions are getting some adjustments. Azir has been one of the best champions that show the disparity in pro play and solo queue. He’s been a pick/ban for pros, while nearly unplayable for casual players. These adjustments are aiming to bridge the gap between the two. On the other hand, the Yuumi midscope is out sooner than expected. The new Yuumi isn’t all that different from the old one, but the changes are looking to lessen the frustrating aspects of her kit such as abandoning her ADC midway through the game, constant healing and the undodgeable crowd control.
When does LoL patch 13.5 go live?
Patch 13.5 will go live on March 8.
The first region that the patch will drop is the Oceania servers at 10 AM AEDT. The rest of the servers will follow suit in the morning hours of their respective regions. Here are the timings for most servers:

- When Yuumi’s spells or attacks affect (says strike on the PBE) champions, she heals herself and charges a heal for her allies. If she Attaches within the next 4 seconds, she brings the heal to her ally. While Attached, this effect automatically occurs.
- While Attached, Yuumi builds Friendship whenever her Ally kills champions or minions. Each ally has their own unique Friendship score. While attached to her Best Friend, her abilities gain bonus effects.
- While her Passive is ready, Yuumi’s auto attack range is increased by 50.
- Cooldown 20-10 seconds (based on levels 1-11)
- Heal 25-110 (based on levels 1-18) (+15% AP)
- Ally friendship gained 2 per minion and 3 per champion
- [Q] Prowling Projectile:
- Yuumi fires a missile that Slows the first enemy hit. If cast while Attached, Yuumi can control the missile for a short period before it becomes Empowered, greatly accelerating and slowing enemies by an increased amount.
- Best Friend bonus: The Slow will always be empowered and hitting enemy Champions also grants 10/12/14/16/18/20 (+10% AP) magic damage On-Hit to her ally for 5 seconds. This damage is increased by up to 75% based on her Ally’s Critical Strike Chance.

- For Ally champions the waves heal. All excess healing is converted to a shield, lasting 3 seconds after the ability ends.
- For all enemies, the waves deal damage and apply a stacking Slow.
- Damage per wave increased 60/80/100 (+20% AP) ⇒ 75/100/125 (+20% AP)
- Heal per wave 35/50/65 (+15% AP)
- Slow 10% (+10% per wave) for 1.25 seconds
- Best Friend bonus: The heal is increased 130% on her Best Friend and grants 20/40/60 (+10% AP) armor and magic resistance for the duration of the spell.
