gaming houses are like keeping pets.
The problem is, many of these gaming houses r very small. They r simply not builded for such thing. If I would make an esports organization first I would build a new building. As someone said in previous comment: office and apartments yes but not only. The building would be huge but not gonna have swimming pool, piano or any bullshit like that.
