The Turkish side make their second roster change in two weeks

imoRR’s exclusion from the active roster is Eternal Fire’s second roster move in a fortnight. On April 24, they benched Yasin “xfl0ud” Koç and promoted academy prospect Ali “Wicadia” Haydar Yalçın to the senior squad.
imoRR’s association with Eternal Fire dates back to the team’s inception in August 2021. His impressive rating of 1.07 speaks volumes about his performance over the last two years, with only Ismailcan “XANTARES” Dörtkardeş from the current roster exceeding his stats with a 1.26 rating.
Eternal Fire struggled to make an impact as a team regardless of imoRR’s impressive individual displays. They did, nevertheless, manage to secure a LAN victory at the CCT Central Europe Malta Finals in February, where they beat Bad News Eagles in the grand final to qualify for the CCT Global Finals in 2024.
Things quickly went downhill for Eternal Fire after their victory in Malta. A lackluster showing at ESL Pro League Season 17, where they finished 17-20th, was followed by an unsuccessful run through the BLAST.tv Paris Major RMR, leading to changes in the roster as they gear up to watch CSGO’s final Valve-sponsored event from the sidelines.
Eternal Fire are facing a race against the clock as they prepare for the BetBoom Playlist Freedom Play-In stage. The Turkish squad has been invited to the $150,000 online competition and will be hoping that their recent roster changes will earn them a spot in the playoffs.
