Chinese team Ehome might be facing a visa problem going into the upcoming Dota Pro Circuit events. The next Dota 2 Major is the Stockholm Major also known as the Dremaleague Season 11 event. It will feature a prize pool of $1 million as well as a total DPC point of 15000.
Ehome’s current roster is as follows:
- Zhang “y`” Yiping
- Luo “eGo” Bin
- Li “ASD” Zhiwen
- Zhang “Faith_bian” Ruida
- Jiang “天命” An
eGo is a young 17-year-old player currently playing for Ehome. As he is a minor, he requires parental permission in order to obtain his visa into Sweden. He requires two documents from the local authority as well as the Chinese embassy in Sweden. The entire process takes more than 30-35 days. This will prove to be a problem for the team as they attempt to attend the Major which starts on the 14th of March.
Xiao is the coach for Ehome and he publicly posted this on a Chinese site. He wants any help in the form of speeding up the process for the team.
Ehome’s problems continue with MDL Macau 2019
EHome’s problems it seems are not limited to the Stockholm Major. Apparently, Xiao8 will be standing in for the team at MDL Macau. The tournament starts on the 20th of February 2019 and Ehome plan to arrive at the venue two days before [ on the 18th]. The team is facing problems with the Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau. You can read more about this permit here. It is basically like a passport.
Xiao8 will stand-in for the Group Stage. We hope to see the full team playing deeper into the tournament.
