Dota 2 patch 7.31b delivers the first round of balancing changes.

Valve has introduced patch 7.31b to balance the massive patch they dropped a few days ago. You can read the highlights of the hero changes in the last patch here.
The new update has its focus on heroes with only a couple of changes to items. Here are some of the major changes in the new patch:

Item Changes

Brigand’s Blade damage on missing HP has now become physical instead of magical.

Orchid Malevolence will now require a 300 gold recipe to complete. This will also affect Bloodthorn, raising its cost by the same value.

Hero Changes

Batrider’s Sticky Napalm Shard will have a 50% chance of applying Sticky Napalm on attack. This is a nerf to his Shard as it was 100% previously. That said, we see a few buffs like Flaming Lasso Mana Cost decrease by 25 at each level, Movement Speed increase by 10 and level 15 talent will grant 20 movement speed bonus instead of 25.

Huskar saw a few nerfs, including a decrease in Agility and cooldown increase of Inner Fire at early levels.

Lina received buffs to her Agility Growth, increasing it from 2.1 to 2.4. Damage increase to Light Strike Array by 20 points at each level and manacost reduction to Laguna blade by 100 are significant changes to Lina.

Pudge got some buffs to his Flesh Heap. It can no longer be dispelled and a its cooldown has decreased from 30/25/20/15 to 20/18/16/14 also helps as Pudge struggles with minus armor in the early game. Flesh Heap manacost is also less in the early minutes.

We see changes to Techies’ Blast Off skill. The self damage is based on his current HP rather than max HP. Self damage percentage and cooldown has also seen a decrease, buffing Techies. Sticky Bomb explosion will now slow enemies within the radius by 15/25/35/45% for 2 seconds.
