This Dota 2 Crownfall wishlist is here, so here is what we expect to see from the latest Dota 2 patch.
As mentioned recently, the Dota 2 New Patch Release Date should be just around the corner. The Dota 2 community is hyped for the new patch because it should bring a lot of new things. We have already talked a lot of them, such as the Dota 2 Ringmaster, the newest hero in the game, but this is just one of the many new aspects we expect to see.
The next update is rumored to have the name Xrownfall, so here are a couple of things we wish to see.
Dota 2 Crownfall Wishlist – New Arcanas
One of the things that makes Dota 2 such an amazing game is the different cosmetic items. Whether you like them or not, there is no arguing that the game’s cosmetic items make a difference. There are loads of different options to choose from, but something we wish to see in the 7.40 Dota 2 patch is the new Arcanas.
When talking about these items, Arcanas are known for being more expensive than the rest. Furthermore, they are among the items that change the appearance of a specific hero. Of course, this makes them a lot more attractive.
The bad news about Dota 2 Arcanas is that there are only a few options out there. That’s why we really wish to see at least a couple of other alternatives once the Dota 2 Crawnfall patch comes out.
If you take a look at the heroes with an Arcana, you can see almost all of the mare cores. In other words, we would not be surprised if Valve decided to release new Arcans in Dota 2 and add items for some of the support heroes.
Speaking of Arcanas, there were a lot of videos and rumors on Reddit that Skywrath Mage and Vengeful Spirit would be the two new heroes to receive an Arcana. It will be intriguing to see if this will happen because neither is that popular right now.
Drastic buffs and Nerfs
Pretty much every new Dota 2 patch offers different buffs and nerfs. Therefore, one of the things on our Dota 2 Crownfall wishlist is to have more drastic buffs and nerfs.
The current meta has been here for some time, so bringing new abilities or changing some of them will make it more interesting. There are loads of different examples of things that Valve can do, so we will have to wait and see what we’ll have access to.
Collaborations
Something that Valve is falling behind in if you compare it to other game studios, such as Blizzard, is doing collaborations. We have seen games like Overwatch 2 do collabs with all sorts of different brands, including Porsche. Sadly, this is not something that Valve and Dota 2 are known for, but adding such things to the game will make it even more interesting.
When talking about future collaborations for our Dota 2 Crownfall wishlist, there are all sorts of options that Valve can go for. These collaborations can give us access to new special events, different short-term cosmetic items, and much more.
Speaking of collabs, we also expect to see a new PVE event. A lot of videos have said that there will are different icons that show a potential boss that will look like Queen of Pain.
New BattlePass
TI 2023 was not a huge success, and one of the reasons for it was the lack of a Dota 2 Battle Pass. Some players believe that Valve will want to fix their mistake and add a Dota 2 Battlepass that will include tons of new items. We have already learned some information about TI in 2024, so adding a Battle Pass won’t be that strange, even though it is early.
Conclusion
These are just some of the things on our Dota 2 Crownfall Wishlist. Whether it’s called 7.40 or it uses different numbers, one thing is certain – the new update will be amazing. We at ESTNN will make sure to cover everything, so make sure to follow us for more information.
