Dignitas today announced that it has signed a three-year partnership deal with Esports Entertainment Group’s VIE.gg betting platform, which will be a jersey sponsor of three of the organization’s teams.
VIE.gg branding will appear on the jerseys of Dignitas’ Rocket League , Super Smash Bros.
, and women’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
(CS:GO) teams, and the platform will also receive promotion via the organization’s website and social media channels. Dignitas players and streamers will also co-host 12 total streams that walk through top betting storylines.
Dignitas’ website will also display a tracker that shows current betting information for eight esports titles: League of Legends , CS:GO, Dota 2
, Overwatch
, PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS
, Call of Duty
, Hearthstone
, and StarCraft II
.

The jersey-branding component of the deal does not apply to Dignitas’ other teams, including Clash Royale , Apex Legends
, and SMITE
. Dignitas also recently merged with Clutch Gaming and acquired its League of Legends Championship Series
(LCS) team, which it will bring under the Dignitas banner in 2020.
The Esports Observer reached out to Riot Games to inquire about any limitations on betting sponsors for LCS teams, but did not hear back by press time. We will update the article if we receive additional information on that front.
