Dresden-based e-commerce brand Cyberport has announced an official partnership with German esports organization PENTA Sports . This is Cyberport’s first venture into esports sponsorship.
As PENTA’s main sponsor, Cyberport will supply PENTA’s ELZ esports performance center with electronic gaming equipment such as custom Acer computers and monitors of “the highest standard.” In addition, Cyberport’s logo will be added to all PENTA team jerseys, including the new League of Legends
division PENTA 1860.
Additional details such as the length of the partnership were not disclosed. PENTA’s Managing Director Andreas Schaetzke stated that “further joint esports activities” with the two companies are “planned for the future.”
