According to a report by Jarek “DeKay” Lewis, FaZe Clan is in the initial phases of finishing Marcelo’s “Coldzera” transition from MIBR.
It is reported that FaZe will register coldzera in order to compete for the CS:GO team of the organization at ESL One New York starting on Sept. 26. After Filip “NEO” Kubski and Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovacs left FaZe previously this month, the Brazilian will complete one of the vacancies.
According to FaZe’s top team Nikola “NiKo” Kovač, the other place will be taken by young Helvijs “broky” Saukants, who will perform league 10 at ESL One New York and ESL Pro League.
Since he quit the squad in July, Coldzera has been seated on the board of MIBR. However, he kept his shape in Europe, and he even took part with NiKo in a LAN event in Serbia.
This will be the first occasion that FaZe has charged for a change since it acquired GuardiaN in August 2017 if this move is finished. Several participants, such as NEO, Richard “Xizt” Landström in 2018, and Dauren “AdreN” Kystaubayev in 2019, have been used by the organisation since.
In 2016 and 2017, Coldzera was nominated by HLTV as the best CS: GO player in the globe. Since 2018, though, he has been fighting separately. MIBR also slumped and this year prevented playing large competitions.
Whether coldzera performs for FaZe, however, the squad is likely to have a tough moment against Astralis, Team Liquid, and NRG at ESL One New York.
