Although Mundo is a melee champion, his Q provides great poke and slow to frustrate Darius players, who could look for a premature all-in to avoid being poked down any longer. As the game progresses, Mundo should be an unkillable tank.
Kayle
Patience is the name of the game when locking in Kayle to go up against Darius. As she scales into the game, Kayle has an obnoxious amount of range poke that Darius can’t live with. Don’t underestimate Darius’s ability to all in. However, if he has enough health, he will look to grab you and could easily kill you. To put it simply, Kayle should look to scale into this lane. The longer it goes, the lower Darius’s kill pressure is. Avoid trading when you are both in low health, even if you have your ultimate. Darius’s abilities allow him to heal more the lower his health is, meaning he can turn a fight quickly and even outline your ultimate.

Sion is immobile when charging up his Q, this is a great opportunity to use your pull, as this will cancel the ability and leave Sion in danger of being killed. Sion’s health scales with his W so look to freeze the wave closer to your tower. This should reduce the amount of farm he can get, and he will be forced to use his ultimate defensively if you choose to engage on him when he is pushed up the lane.
