The sale of their LCS slot has fallen through, Amit Raizada, the shareholder who said some racist stuff is still involved with the org, and now he’s accusing Rick Fox of destroying the company. Meanwhile, Rick Fox says Raizada is a conman lying to Echo Fox fans.

Poor Rick Fox, he's done so much good for the esports scene. We were blessed to have him. I believe I speak for most real fans that we're on his side.

Not saying Raizada is right, but the enormous amount of people thinking that it is okay losing millions to themselves is scary. Also, while agreeing Fox’s dedication into esport, it can’t be denied that Raizada invest a lot into the corp. So please everyone look both side of the story, as it’s what this video is trying to show you.

Looks like a big scam to hustle investors
That pathetic excuse of a businessman shouldn’t be even near Rick Fox’s Team and company. If that man touches even a single thing related to Echo Fox, I will literally end his career as a businessman permanently.
I feel like this raizada guy has been keeping track and knitpicking his documents from the start. This way he can make a stronger case than rick fox since rick has to start scrambling for evidence while raizada is already down his throat pushing all these quote on quote facts about the state/source of echo fox’ terrible financial situation.
He literraly said in the email that he was going to try and screw Rick over for the rest of his life…that's why he did and is doing everything that he is doing to the company and to Rick.
He's gonna get screwed hard when he loses all the lawsuits against him and probably end up as a janitor somewhere.
Meanwhile Fox is going to become the Hero of esports.

The only thing that's going for Amit is the fact that he's willing to produce papers. And while legal documents and proof of transactions can and have been used out of context it does give him some basic level of legitimacy. If Rick comes out with his own papers Amit would be instantly ruined and I don't understand why he hasn't yet. Not saying that Rick is lying just that he needs to stop playing nice.
I mean yes there are nice people just for image reasons, but by now we have seen so much good of rick fox and he shows his investment. His son loves esports so he loves it he thinks of it as a future sport and he is one of the biggest defender to doubts out of classic sports. And every other player he has been involved with has said on multiple occasions what a lovely and genuine guy he is. He would give the players prep talks before games he would constatly fly back and forth between work and being with the team. Sorry but i cant imagine him being at fault here he maybe had a bad eye for who he would get into a company with and investors, that is probably the worst thing you can say about him … I really hope riot gives him the benefit of the doubt he is good for the whole community
Yeah, I'm with rick fox on this one.
I'll explain it to you:
-Rick Fox founds (with other people) a brand.
– The company gets horribly managed and gets a huge debt.
– They ask for a loan.
– The company ](twin galaxies) they ask for a loan goes bankrupt and ask money to an Asshole (Raizada)
– The asshole happens to be one of the other people from point 1, one of the founders of Echo Fox.
– Twin Galaxies goes bankrupt and closes. Now the person who Echo Fox have to pay the debt is RAIZADA.
– The asshole (Raizada) Send and racist email.
– Riot Games says: Ok, this guy is not good for OUR image and LCS's image, cut his head off NOW or Echo Fox has to leave.
– Raizada wants his money back and doesn't give a shit if this means he has to sell ECHO FOX spot in LCS.
– I'm sure there are more things like lawsuits and documents and stuff, but that's basically it. 🙂

I like the idea of these Videos and appreciate you guys work you all are doing your best and try to keep everybody up to date I really respect that. However I really do not appreciate you showing both sides same with the Tfue lawsuit, in both cases one side will be indefinetly right and so I believe it‘s the duty of a reporter to investigate and verify his sources instead of just repeating them and come to a decision which side should be favored.Maybe a legal team or at least one person with a law background would really help. The problem with this presentation is that the public in this case will always be in favor of the most popular person. That being said still a good video I watched giving shit about league so that should speak for itself.
15:30 Seems Raizada was pushed into a bad spot and everyone tried to throw him under the bus for everyone including his actions. Just my opinion and look on things plus he was the only one showing legal paperwork and receipts. In addition to the racist language Raizada literally threatened Rick's family. The dude is scummy as shit and the EchoFox shareholders should've immediately kicked him out. They tried to protect their own assets and instead ruined EchoFox's brand.

So let’s dial back and recap:
The Company that has an esports team in the LA Gladiators in the OWL has confirmed to not be able to buy the spot in the LCS
Raizada has said that everything that has been accused of is false. (Though the email seems very obvious that it’s true).
Echo Fox has been in an economic problem for about a year and we weren’t paying attention for so long till this thing popped up.
Raizada also revealed that he only does this for the money, not the community.
There is more that I’m missing like Twin Galaxies and the other shareholders, but this is what I got as a premise.
Do I believe we should still believe Raizada? Likely not, especially with him only wanting money.
Should we lose trust with Rick Fox?
If we look back, no, of course not. He’s the defender of our community to the Public News (Who at times can be annoying). He doesn’t do what he does for money or something to gain, he does it as a family comes first policy (His love for his son).
Shareholders/Investors ruins good companies.

Unless I forgot something important this entire issue has started of and continues to exist due to Raizada. He might have some paperwork to support some of his claims, but his credibility is basically 0. Especially after mentioning that he has been threating and scheming to current and past business partners.
On the other hand, I wish Rick had more information to support his claims.
