NEO leaves FaZe Clan » TalkEsport

Filip “NEO” Kubski’s tenure with FaZe Clan has come to an end. FaZe Clan have officially confirmed on Twitter. Veteran Polish IGL NEO took over the leadership role from Nikola ‘NiKo’ Kovac, after the AdreN left the squad. NEO has failed to impress as FaZe failed to win any trophy under his belt. NEO was tactfully chosen to bring the explosive Polish CS to FaZe’s roster to complement their extraordinary firepower.

After an early exit in the Major, a big roster overhaul was eminent considering FaZe’s reputation. As it seems now NEO is the first man to fall, making way for a new IGL which is likely to be major finalist Aleksi ‘Aleksib’ Virolainen, who recently part ways with Finnish organization ENCE.

FaZe are now:

  • Håvard “rain” Nygaard
  • Nikola “NiKo” Kovač
  • Olof “olofmeister” Kajbjer
  • Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovács

FaZe Clan are expected to go through a massive roster overhaul, upon which they would be under serious pressure to deliver at their next event at ESL ONE New York. As of now, Coldzera, Alkesib and Broky has been heavily linked with FaZe, it is yet unclear how the roster would shape up in coming days. The changes are to be expected soon as they would get much more practice time before the event and might come up to surprise fans.
