Guy knows how to talk, he has definitely spoken to a lawyer and he knows his lines. Honestly, this imo is Tfue thinking he can get out for free, its not free. He can sell himself as an asset to a diff company as soon as hes out so other orgs that he is interested in should be willing to buy him from faze. It is also very possible that this is an attempt to hurt Faze's reputation through making them seem like assholes rather than party animals. Which the lawyers clearly have thought of cause faze boy here is expressing his most likely fake feelings that he doesnt care about lawsuits. He does care, cause it does hurt their image but its hard to quantify that and as long as they put on their brave face it minimizes the damage. Really interesting to watch tho haha
the dude is a scumbag, that type of paragraph is a standard practice in MANY ways saying the subject or signor can also work with other Orgs for content and do collabs at events without being penalized or being content claimed by the primary contract so that they have an already understood notice of release…

Tfue doesnt play for Faze, comp fortnite is not like comp CS:GO, Tfue plays for himself and Faze represents him. In golf, players dont play for a team, but they get sponsorships that PAY THEM for representing their brand. If this was a CS:GO contract that didnt have all these streaming and media clauses, id agree with Faze. But Tfue doesnt play for faze, he represents them.

I think the easy way to call it is to ask if Tfue has ever competed in a formal tournament.
If not then he is an artist, if he has then he is an athlete.
If Faze really thought the California Talent agency Act didn't apply to Tfue then why would they want him to wave his rights to that act in a new contract?

Tfue's legal team's BIGGEST mistake is claiming that FaZe clan forced him to commit underage consumption of alcohol and gambling. FaZe's lawyers will definitely make sure that they keep that allegation in the case if this goes to court. Now know that the plaintiff cannot just add or withdraw accusations as they like, the defendant have every right to demand it be kept as part of the court case.
Now, Tfue is 1) known to be an avid underage drinker as far as his social media (regardless of the deletion of the content) had shown and 2) trying to claim that FaZe forced him to commit underage drinking is a joke of an accusations that wouldn't be taken seriously in most cases. HOWEVER, because FaZe does have evidence that Tfue commits underage drinking prior to and after joining faZe Clan, Tfue have actually breach his contract with FaZe's in several clauses.
