For as long as there’s been competitive Counter-Strike, there’ve been great leaders. They’re the quarterbacks of the game. The ones who carry the burden of deciding its cadence and the ones tasked with solving its mysteries while elevating those around them.
This is their story.

20 mins long video abaout in game leading, not even a single word on pronax the 3x major champion. weird flex but ok
My knowledge of the CS competetive scene is limited but I also miss Tarik on Cloud 9. As other mentioned there are also some other players who could have been in the video but Tarik is missing too I think. But still overall a very great video like all the rest of the history related videos. =)
OK
Could you do a "Story of dupreeh"?
The Story of Magisk ..!!!
Eagerly waiting for it ?
? call the cops ?
Yep – teams with tactics always will prevail against fraggers. Brain over muscle. Yesterday me and my friends played Nuke. We have no idea what to do on this map. The enemy chose it thinking that we are shit. And for the most part they were really good at fragging, but our T side came and I kinda "won" the game for us by simply knowing few smokes and telling my friends what to do. And they acknowledged that. They said it: "we won because he told us what to do". Unfortunatelly I really hate doing this. The constant talking and babysitting of others is tiring. So props to all IGLS in pro and casual play.
6:38 "While also managing talented players like kennyS…"
shows a clip of kennyS raging lul
Nothing about pronax??? Srsly?
holy fuck edward
Please more about Pronax
What an awesome video ? loved every part of it and I also believe that the addition of Glave has helped Astralis but I also do believe Zonic has played a huge role in their success. So i looking forward for another video on coaches just as this one ☝️. ❤️?

Gla1ve is without a doubt the best igl of all time
I wish there was at least a blip about Moto's IGL on Team 3D with them being the only team at the time able to fight the euro's, or the eoL/SK team's with element etc, so much stuff from like 2003-2007 that I think would have been great building blocks for the video
IM GONNA DO THE OK SIGN
Pronax 🙂
Famous IGLs like ave and gob b aren't even mentioned, and some of this stuff is just straight up wrong…
"Strategically they [fnatic] were unmatched" What??? They had one really dominant year (2009) and that wasn't based off great strategical play but rather insane firepower at the time (f0rest, GeT_RiGhT and Gux were wrecking pretty much everyone that year.), in other years teams like MiBR, SK-Gaming, mTw, mousesports, NaVi, g5, … could easily match or even outclass them.
"Zeus specialised at working with what he had … They didn't have the same level of talent …" Please do yourself a favor and watch some NaVi games from 2010, you have no clue what you are talking about. Edward and especially Markeloff were absolute monsters at the time and even Starix was an elite player who would have insane performances occasionally. Zeus was and still is a good igl, but he was NOT the main factor that made them win so much.
Why go into the history of IGL-ing if you can't even be bothered to get your facts right? What a joke..
