- Gfinity has extended its deal with Forbidden Technologies’ platform Blackbird for 12 months.
ESL has renewed its deal with content distribution company Make.TV and expanded it to include the organization’s Dota 2
Make.TV’s cloud-based technology solutions allow ESL to globally distribute content across numerous platforms. The two organizations have been working together since 2015. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Our work with ESL enables us to provide an outlet to these gamers so they can reach the 400 million global esports fans who will be watching either on-site during the event, or online on Twitch or YouTube,” said Make.TV CEO & founder Andreas Jacobi. “This is the future of esports broadcasting and we’re proud to be a part of it.”

Make.TV has worked with a plethora of media outlets including DreamHack, Al Jazeera, MLBAM, Viacom, Fox Sports Brasil, and NBC Universal.
Gfinity Extends With Blackbird
