The best and the brightest casters, analysts and hosts from 10 different countries will grace the event
On Wednesday, ESL revealed the 21 broadcasters who will be attending IEM Katowice 2023 as talents. This time the Hall of Heroes will feature 6 analysts, 7 hosts and interviewers, and 8 casters.
Katowice will maintain a diverse cast of talents this year, with the broadcasters hailing from 10 different countries.
The event, slated to run for a total of 12 days, will begin with the Play-in Stage scheduled to run February 1-3. This will be followed by the Group Stage on 4-7 February, before Single-Elimination Playoffs take place on February 10-12.

IEM Rio Major pundit Luis “peacemaker” Tadeu will be the prime analyst joined by Mathieu “Maniac” Quiquerez, Janko “YNk” Paunović, Alex “Mauisnake” Ellenberg and Aleksandar “kassad” Trifunović. Returning for his 4th IEM event, Sudhen “Bleh” Wahengbam will also join the Katowice analyst desk.
Oliver “OJ Borg” D’Anastasi will be the stage host besides desk hosts Freya “Freya” Spiers, Tres “Stunna” Saranthus and Mike “DarfMike” Winnick. Eefje “sjokz” Depoortere will also be hosting and interviewing. Additionally, the event’s organizing body is bringing in Latvian talent Anastasija “Heccu” Tolmačeva and James “BanKs” Banks all the way from the UK to be on the sidelines.
The star-studded caster lineup will contain the likes of Alex “Machine” Richardson alongside Chad “SPUNJ” Burchill and the duos of Mohan “launders” Govindasamy and Conner “Scrawny” Girvan, and Hugo “Hugo” Byron and Harry “JustHarry” Russell. Moreover, Alex “hawka” Hawkins will also appear with James “BARDOLPH” Bardolph, after the 24-year-old spent a year on the sidelines for returning to the scene in late 2022.
