BLAST Pro Series in Germany
The organizers of the BLAST Pro Series have concluded an exclusive agreement with the German network ProSieben MAXX. 7Sports channel will show all tournaments of the series in 2019. CS: GO Championships will be broadcast both on TV and online.
In addition to the broadcasts from the channel, there will be live broadcasts from the scene. The first competition to be shown on 7Sports will be the BLAST Pro Series – São Paulo 2019. The championship will take place from 22 to 23 March in Brazil.

Previously, RFRSH Entertainment, the organizer of the BLAST Pro Series, has signed a long-term contract with the Brazilian television network Globo TV. The CS: GO BLAST Pro Series Championships will be shown on the SporTV sports channel and online. In 2018, the company made a similar deal with the Danish channel TV 2 Denmark.
The championship in Sao Paulo will be the first tournament from RFRSH in 2019. In April, the agency will hold a competition in Miami, and in May – in Madrid. For 2019, the company plans to arrange eight tournaments.
Cloud9 withdraws from ECS
Cloud9 will miss the second series of ECS Season 7 matches in CS: GO. The team will replace the team of Peter “ptr” Gurney, Bad News Bears. The organizers of the league reported this on Twitter.

Earlier, Cloud9 parted ways with Robin “flusha” Ronquest, and the stand-in Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro did not sign the contract. According to the information from insider Jarek DeKay Lewis, Fabien “kioShiMa” Fier will also leave the team. On March 18, one of renowned CS; GO portals announced that Christian “k0nfig” Vineke and Jacob “JUGI” Hansen from OpTic Gaming will take up the vacant positions in the team.
Matches of the second series of ECS Season 7 started from March 18 and will run through March 21 online. Eight teams will play a slot in the LAN-finals of the league and $ 25 thousand.
FaZe Clan move to 5th place
Recently, HLTV updated its rankings and FaZe Clan has successfully moved to the 5th place, leaving the Brazilian side MiBR to 6th. Astralis, Team Liquid, Natus Vincere and ENCE eSports retained their places in the top 4 lists.
Team Vitality climbed to the ninth place of the rating, and Cloud9 closed the top ten. G2 Esports earned two points, while Ghost Gaming and BIG lost two positions. The finalists of World Electronic Sports Games 2018 Windigo Gaming and AGO Esports climbed 14 and 25 ranks and currently sit at 16 and 20 places respectively.
Valiance & Co left the top 20 rankings, and OpTic Gaming returned to the top 30. Winstrike Team and forZe lost three positions dropping to 24 and 26 places.
Vici and TyLoo invited to ESL Season 9 Qualifiers
Lastly, the organizers of the ninth season of the ESL Pro League for CS: GO issued invites TyLoo and Vici Gaming to qualify for Asia.

Qualifiers will take place from April 16 to May 16. Eight teams will compete for one slot in the LAN-finals of the league.
