In the spring split, All Knights had a very disappointing 7th-place finish, which raised so many questions regarding the upcoming summer split. All Knights were one of the top teams in the league if we look at past splits, but that is a thing of the past. During the 2021 Summer Split, All Knight had the worst performance of all the teams in the league as they only managed to pick up 2 wins in the entire regular season.
A lot of people were expecting huge changes coming into this year, and well, they made huge changes. They changed 3 out of their 5 players and somehow still managed to perform poorly. Kiefer and Pancake were the only remaining players from last year and to be fair, they were the ones performing the best in the 2022 Spring Split. Now heading into the Summer Split, All Knight announced their new project in an official live stream:

- Lee “Crash” Dong-woo
- Francisco Rubén “Leza” Jara Barragán
- Noh “Alive” Jin-wook
- Alejandro “Baula” Serrano
Some of these might look like familiar faces. Skeeto and Zothve already were on the All Knights roster. We can suppose that they’ll be sharing playtime throughout the split, but Zothve will most likely be the main top laner.
Leza is the former Estral Esports’ mid laner, the one that got them into the grand finals but ultimately lost their chances against Team Aze to partake in this year’s MSI. He’s been a top-tier player in the league for quite some time, he even role-swapped to ADC in 2020 and managed to qualify for worlds.
Alive is the ADC that played for All Knight back in 2020, their most successful year as they won the Spring Split title convincingly. It’s safe to say that All Knight made the right move by signing Alive once again.
Crash is a Korean jungler coming from the Turkish league, where he played for Fenerbahçe Esports and had a really good performance. A long time ago he used to be an LCK player, but most recently we saw him play in minor regions where he found mixed success.
Baula is one the best Costa Rican players we’ve seen play in the LLA. In 2021 he came really close to taking down Infinity in the grand finals but ultimately couldn’t make it. He then transitioned into the LLA’s analyst desk while coaching tier 2 teams in his spare time. It’s great to see him back on the stage as he’s proven to be one of the best supports in the region.
All Knights are coming full force into the Summer Split and it shows in the caliber of the players they signed. This is the breath of fresh air that All Knights needed to return to their best form. Now it isn’t crazy to think that All Knights can get a top-4 finish, and if the roster works well together, we might even see them in the finals.
