After playing CSGO for 10 years, Ryan “freakazoid” Abadir has decided to retire from CSGO to play Valorant professionally, he announced today.
Freakazoid departed Cloud9 in 2016 and pursued his career with another North American Organizations such as Ghost Gaming, Echo Fox, eUnited and Swole Patrol which disbanded last week.
27-year-old had won ESL Pro League Season 4 – NA Wild Card, DreamHack Open Stockholm 2015, besides several other prominent results with the Cloud9 lineup.
Sometimes life says out with the old and gotta go with the new. I’m quitting cs and going to be playing Valorant. I can’t wait to be apart of the team that competes at worlds or whatever it’s called for it and fucking shit up against teams worldwide. Let’s GO
