CSGO’s Sprout at three players following K1TO split

by Ian Zane

Only CSGO Sprout has three players on the line-up because the German side is abandoned by Nils “k2to” Gruhne. The 21-year-old may be on his way with Florian “syrsoN” Rische, his former teammate who left Sprout earlier this week, to join BIG.

In May of this year, in his former team, Epsilon, German player k1to joined Sprout. He replaced Denis “denis” Howell on the German roster, joining the ranks of Timo “Spiidi” Richter and co. Before his exit, k1to helped Sprout in triumphing at ESL Meisterschaft Winter 2 Finals in Germany, getting to the final of DreamHack Open Atlanta and Games Clash Masters. Sadly, Sprout did not qualify for the StarLadder Main and went to the home turf last weekend in July.

Linked with an inconclusive Sprout roster, the polish side ARCY seems in a similar position before 2020. Since different departs, these squads have only three players and their coach on the roster. The rest of the list is as follows for Sprout:

  • Denis “denis” Howell
  • Josef “faveN” Baumann
  • Timo “Spiidi” Richter
  • (Coach) Niclas “enkay J” Krumhorn

However, the team’s tweets seem quite positive and they briefly say that “will follow plans” for 2020. Today we are immediately separating ourselves from @k1tocs. There will be reports about future plans. We look forward to the 2020 victory. Early, see you!

We didn’t hear significant speculation as to who would be in Sprout’s ranks for now. Currently, this team is 28th in the official world list of HLTV and last year it oscillated between 20th and 30th.
