Teams for Blast Premier 2020 announced » TalkEsport

12 partnered teams are announced by Blast who will compete throughout the year in 2020 Blast Pro installments. A prize pool of $4250000 has been announced for 2020. The year will be divided into two seasons with individual finals that boast a prize pool of $500000 and a Global Final at the end of the year with a prize pool of $1000000.

The 12 teams will feature the likes of Astralis, Team Liquid, Natus Vincere and FaZe Clan who already have a Blast title under their belt. They will be joined by MIBR, NIP, Vitality, EG and G2 besides freshly minted OG, 100 Thieves and Complexity.

CEO of BLAST Pro Series Robbie Douek said: “The next evolution of our tournament series is going to blow people away. We have spent months developing the right format. A format that will create the greatest entertainment product for fans at events and viewers watching across the world. We believe we have perfected that format. We will finish the year with a surge of excitement as we crown the 2019 BLAST Pro Series Champion. And we look forward to creating something incredible in esports with BLAST PREMIER in 2020.”

Complexity

The 2019 Blast Pro season will conclude later tonight and the winner is set to walk away with $350000 and the Blast Pro Global Finals trophy to their name.
