Giants Software today announced another agricultural industry sponsor that will have its own team in the Farming Simulator League : Trelleborg Wheel Systems.
Trelleborg Team will compete in the league for the 2019-20 season, which begins later this month at Giants Software’s own FarmCon 19 event in Germany. The debut season will span 10 live events and four online tournaments, with a total prize pool of €250K ($281K USD) up for grabs.
Trelleborg Wheel Systems produces tires for a variety of farming vehicles, including tractors, spreaders, and harvesters. It is a division of Trelleborg AB, a Swedish company that was founded in 1905 and focuses on various polymer applications, including rubber flooring and sealing solutions. The company’s farming equipment was first featured in Farming Simulator 15 in 2014.

Numerous team sponsors have been announced from the farm-tech industry, including John Deere , AMAZONE , Grimme , Lindner, Horsch, Bednar, and Krone. Additionally, Corteva Agriscience —formerly the agricultural division of DowDuPont—will be the lead sponsor for the league itself. Other league sponsors include Intel , Logitech G , Noblechairs , Nitrado , and agriculture company DLG.
