- Tickets to the first-ever home market game in Overwatch League (OWL) have sold out.
- Dallas Fuel Homestand Weekend will host eight OWL teams on April 27-28.
- Beginning with the 2020 OWL season, all teams will be required to play half their games at home and the other half on the road.

Homestand Weekend, the first OverwatchApproximately 9,000 fans (4,500 each day) are expected between April 27-28, where eight Overwatch teams will compete at the Allen Event Center. Ticket sales indicate that Dallas Fuel Homestand Weekend will host the largest-ever crowd to watch a live regular-season Overwatch League match.
In addition to matches, Dallas Fuel Homestand Weekend will feature sponsor activations, a cosplay contest, exclusive merchandise, Overwatch-themed photobooths, and a live performance by Karma Fields. Tickets are still on sale for the official after party, hosted by GameStop.

“We’re excited to make history as Dallas hosts the first home game in Overwatch League history,” said Dallas Fuel owner Mike Rufail in a statement. “Homestand Weekend is going to be a great show for fans in North Texas, as many of the world’s top professional players will face off in eight live matches over two days. Beginning in 2020, all 20 OWL teams will be required to play half of their games in their respective home cities and the other half on the road. This has inspired the construction of a dedicated arena for the Philadelphia Fusion
The 2020 Overwatch League season runs from mid-February to August. A full schedule will be released later this year that reveals when and where all 20 teams will play.
